If you're retaining factory foam headliner blocks, they may need trimming for a seamless fit. Holes are strategically added at the center of the panels to prevent vibration, requiring drilling and rivet-nuts for precise fitment.

Keep in mind that not all vans are identical off the factory line, so expect minor variations in rivet nut placement. These can be easily adjusted with a drill or burring bit for proper alignment of screws.

Factory Window cutouts are designed wider than the opening, eliminating the need for spacers. The driver forward window corresponds to the large factory window behind the driver's seat.
